Jeff moved to North Carolina in 1996 after spending three years in Lansing Michigan where he attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Jeff was born and raised in Downers Grove, Illinois and moved to Port Charlotte Florida in 1982 at the age of 13. Jeff lives with his wife Jennie and their son, Jordan in the Fuquay Varina area, along with their two dogs (Squeegee and Slash) and a cat (Fishburger). Although real estate is his passion, Jeff also is an avid guitar player and sports enthusiast.

Post-Closing Specialist

Kelli joined Zdenek Law Firm in October, 2007 and has been working diligently as our post-closing/funding specialist. Formerly from Elizabethtown, Kentucky she moved to North Carolina in 2007 and has been with us ever since. She has a 6 year extensive background in real estate previously employed as a Branch Manager out of Louisville, KY then as a Sr. Escrow Officer in Tampa, FL for a national title company. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Greg and her two step-children, Ethan & Ariana.

Pre-Closing Specialist

Sonia Dubois moved to North Carolina at the end of 2007 from Quebec, Canada. She can accommodate both French and Spanish speaking clients. With a passion for real estate only surpassed by her passion for customer service, it is her personal goal that each client leaves with a smile on their face. Being aware that selling or purchasing a home can be a stressful event, she will try to accommodate you in any way to help make things run smoothly. In her free time, she loves to read and study osteology.
