Jeff moved to North Carolina in 1996 after spending three years in Lansing Michigan where he attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Jeff was born and raised in Downers Grove, Illinois and moved to Port Charlotte Florida in 1982 at the age of 13. Jeff lives with his wife Jennie and their son, Jordan in the Fuquay Varina area, along with their two dogs (Squeegee and Slash) and a cat (Fishburger). Although real estate is his passion, Jeff also is an avid guitar player and sports enthusiast.

Sonia Dubois moved to North Carolina at the end of 2007 from Quebec, Canada. She can accommodate both French and Spanish speaking clients. With a passion for real estate only surpassed by her passion for customer service, it is her personal goal that each client leaves with a smile on their face. Being aware that selling or purchasing a home can be a stressful event, she will try to accommodate you in any way to help make things run smoothly. In her free time, she loves to read and study osteology.

Ian moved to the Raleigh-Durham area in 2008 from Schaumburg, IL, which is a suburb of Chicago. He specializes in handling the processing of your paperwork after you leave the closing table. Always keeping your best interest in mind, he works with your lender to finish up the final details and will work as diligently as possible to provide you with exceptional service. Ian and Sonia live in the Cary area with their dog, Whippet, and two cats, Carly and Isis.
